Internship
We fill internship positions every semester. This is an unpaid internship – we like it to be for credit but candidates who have recently graduated college would be acceptable. Currently we are looking for interns who would be available two days a week. An intern with flexibility in his or her schedule is a plus. We will provide a balanced intern experience, including exposure to both production and post-production.
Requirements:
–If interested in Post Production, Experience in Premiere is a plus however, experience in other professional non-linear editing tools are just fine. (Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer)
–If interested in Post Production, Experience in After Effects is a plus
–If interested in Production, Experience handling production equipment a plus (this could include working in a school broadcast studio or other internships/ jobs)
–Experience in Photoshop a plus but not required
*All interns should have a willingness to learn and have a positive attitude
*All interns must be able to lift at least 35 lbs.
*All interns must have a valid driver’s license, as we sometimes ask him or her to pick up or return equipment, etc.
As with all of us here, an intern is expected to “pitch in” and really be a part of the staff for the time he or she is an intern.
